Nicole Taylor

Nicole has served as FPSK’s Intake Coordinator since December 2018. She is the point of contact for new patients and coordinates with clients and clinic staff to schedule initial therapy or evaluation appointments. If you have questions about our services or clinicians’ availability, Nicole is available by phone or email 10 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday.

Prior to joining the FPSK team, Nicole worked for 30 years in customer service and retail management positions across a number of industries. She brings a high level of customer service expertise and an untiring commitment to her work at FPSK. Nicole is the mother of seven children, including a college-age student, school age triplets, and three older stepdaughters. In the future, she intends to earn a bachelor’s degree in business, with a specialization in healthcare administration.
