Mackenzie (she/her) joined the FPSK team with over 10 years of experience coaching on health and wellness for employers and in a medical setting; specializing in mental health, chronic conditions, and behavior change. Having worked with children, adolescents, and adults she meets people where they are and works with them to create a plan for where they are going, making sure they have a little fun on the way. Her work with children combines play and skill building, bringing the parents to create an environment the child can thrive in.
A calling to help all people live to their fullest has fueled degrees in Sports and Exercise (Seattle University) and sent her back to school where she is at currently to earn a Master’s in Couples and Family Therapy (once again at Seattle University). Mackenzie is also a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach.
